Looking good and healthy.

It was a busy day at the allotment, as we had quite a number of different tasks to carry out. The    most important of which, included supporting the broad beans with bamboo canes; digging out the trench for the potatoes (again); and replanting onion sets where they had failed to grow.               All the vegetables are looking in good condition, considering the recent weather.

We had one particular thing to do at the allotment  today: that was to turn the soil and create a trench, for the potatoes we intend to plant in the next two weeks. The soil itself is very rich-there is a lot of manure tilled into it.
